Refund policy

Maimia Shop offer a total refund back guarantee on all purchases made on our website, but under certain conditions.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all merchandise must be packed in the original, unmarked, packaging including any accessories, labels, manuals and documentation (original invoice) that shipped with the product.

Return merchandise must be post marked within 15 days from the date of delivery to maimiashop.com

All items returned to shipper are subject for refund minus original cost of shipping and restocking fees. The address for return can be found on your invoice sent by e-mail to the address provided.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

Maimia Shop reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Maimia Shop’s sole discretion.

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or refused.

If your request is approved, your refund will be process, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10-15 calendar days. Please note that the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
